We recently launched the new Benefits & Pay Hub in Workday, designed to streamline
your
experience during the 2025 Open Enrollment process. This centralized hub allows you to easily access all your
benefits and pay information in one place, including details of your current elections. With the Hub, you can
review and compare your existing benefits with the upcoming options, ensuring you make well-informed choices
that best suit your needs. Whether you need to update your benefits or simply want to confirm your selections,
the Hub provides a user-friendly, efficient way to understand your current benefits as you make your decisions
in this Open Enrollment season.
You can access the Benefits Hub in Workday by clicking the Menu button in the upper left corner of the screen and
selecting Apps, then Benefits and Pay.
Please open a case in Workday Help. Log in to Workday, navigate to the Help app from the Menu button in
the upper left corner of the screen. Search our Knowledge Articles for immediate answers to your
questions. If you're unable to find what you need, select Create a Case and submit your
questions.
We strongly encourage you to review your current benefit elections to
decide if you have the right coverage for the rest of the year. You won't be able to make benefit
changes until the next Open Enrollment or you have a Qualifying Life Event.
Enroll online via Workday or on the phone with a Benefits Counselor beginning October 28th.
Benefits enrollment will be completed in Workday and is available 24/7 during the enrollment period. You will receive a benefits enrollment task in your Workday inbox. Open and complete the task to finalize your benefits enrollment.
Enroll one-on-one with a Benefits Counselor by phone.
