The MetLife dental plan options allow you the freedom to choose dentists from an expansive network of dental providers. You can also receive out-of-network care, but in-network providers offer lower cost visits to MetLife plan members.
You don't need to worry about paperwork: in-network or out-of-network dentists submit your claims. Both our Basic and Enhanced Dental plans use the same providers and network. The Enhanced Dental Plan includes coverage for orthodontia and lower costs for other major services.
This chart summarizes the benefits provided under each dental plan option. For more information, refer to your Summary Plan Description (SPD).
