Associates enrolled in the medical coverage through Ollie’s are eligible to take advantage of the Live Healthy Wellness Program offered by Capital BlueCross and Ollie’s. The program is designed to help Associates make healthy choices and save money on their health care premium!
How to Register - Start Your Healthy Journey Today!
There are two ways to register for your program:
- Online: If you have Capital Blue Cross coverage, log into your secure account at CapBlueCross.com. Click Wellness, then Healthy Blue Rewards. If you need to register, select Login, and then Register and follow the prompts.
- Mobile: From your mobile device, go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and search AlwaysOn® Wellness. Download the app, enter the requested information, and follow the prompts.
Three Steps to Save
1. Complete your health assessment.
- Take a few minutes to complete the health assessment on the Capital BlueCross website or through the AlwaysOn® Wellness app.
- This quick, confidential health assessment will help you see what areas of your health are strong and where you can improve. You’ll also get recommendations tailored to your health and wellness needs, and a personalized report that includes simple ways to incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine. The Health Assessment can also be accessed on the Dashboard.
2. Complete a preventive exam with your health care provider.
- An ongoing relationship with a primary care physician (PCP) is very important in maintaining your health. Schedule your preventive exam or screening today. Eligible activities include an annual physical, colonoscopy, gynecological exam, mammogram, Pap smear, and/or prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test for cancer screening. Make sure to let your physician know that you are getting your annual preventive exam as part of an employer wellness program and to bill your visit with a preventive exam code.
- Preventive Care is covered 100% by Capital Blue Cross with $0 out of pocket when you see an in-network provider. To find a provider, visit MyCare Finder. Log in to your secure account at CapitalBlueCross.com and choose Find > Doctors to start searching and saving!
- You’ll earn points for completing any of the 6 preventive care services listed above after your claim has been processed. Please allow up to six weeks or longer for processing. You can also complete the Physician Form Annual Visit to verify the details of your Preventive Exam. This form can be downloaded and printed from the Healthy Blue Reward Platform and it's also available on the benefits portal.
3. Certify your Tobacco Status
- Certify to being Tobacco free
- OR If you are a tobacco user complete the Quitting Tobacco Self-Guided Program by
March 31, 2024.
