My Benefits Guide & Documents

Each benefit plan in which you enroll has important documents that describe the plans in detail. To make sure you have ready access to the most current information, you can sign up to receive notification when they are posted on here on Ollie's Benefits Portal. Among the important information here, you’ll find documents such as the Summary Plan Descriptions for each plan, Summaries of Material Modifications and Annual Summary Reports, Summary of Benefits & Coverage, 401k Notices, Health Insurance Marketplace Notices, Children’s Health Insurance Program notices. All documents are available below and are linked by benefit. 


Here’s what you need to know: 


  • When a new benefit notice, announcement, newsletter, SPD or other document is posted here, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided during enrollment to let you know the new document is ready for you. 


  • You have the right to withdraw your consent to electronic distribution at any time at no charge to you. To withdraw consent, you must notify Ollie’s Benefits in writing or by email at Benefits@ollies.us. 


  • You may still request a paper version of any document free of charge; 


  • All benefit notices, including SPDs and plan amendments, will be available on the Internet as PDF files, which are easily opened and viewed by most computers, tablets, and telephones; and you can withdraw your consent or change your email address by logging in to your My Ollie’s account at any time.
