Supplemental Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance is available in addition to the company-paid benefit for active, full-time hourly, clerical, and mileage-based associates. This benefit is available for “off-the-job” injury or illness only and provides a benefit amount of 20% of your pre-disability earnings to a maximum of $1,153 per week. Combined with the SEFL paid STD, the total benefit amount to you is 70% of your pre-disability earnings.
