Grifols offers commuter benefits that reduce your cost of getting to and from work. With the Commuter Benefits Program, you can pay for eligible public transportation expenses on a pre-tax basis. You can set aside up to $300 per month* for public transportation costs and up to $300 per month* for parking costs. Take advantage of the Commuter Benefits Program and reduce your commuting expenses. Enrollment/changes can be done anytime during the year.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program is designed to provide professional help in dealing with personal concerns impacting you and your family at home or at work. You may call for assistance with concerns such as marital conflict, depression, drug and alcohol abuse, grief, children’s problems, family budgeting, and legal guidance. Services include up to six consultations, referrals and resources. This program is strictly confidential, and counselors are available to assist 24 hours per day, seven days a week. 401(k) Retirement Plan
Putting money aside for your retirement is easy with the 401(k) plan. And with contributions deducted before federal taxes are calculated, it’s less painful to your take home pay than you might think.

Adoption Assistance
Grifols provides eligible employees with up to $5,000 for adoption expenses (agency fees, legal fees, etc.) once the adoption is finalized. You must be an active employee at the time the payment is made.
Business Travel Accident
Grifols automatically provides you with business travel accident insurance for up to 5 times your annual salary (up to a maximum of $1,000,000) if you die in an accident while traveling on company business. Grifols provides this plan at no cost to you.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Grifols offers a competitive tuition reimbursement program for qualifying academic costs related to present or future work responsibilities. Reimbursement is limited to $5,250 for undergraduate studies or $10,000 for graduate studies per year. (Under certain circumstances, employees may be obligated to repay the company.)

If you live in California, please note that recent changes have been made to the auto and home program in your state. If you are a policyholder, you will need to take action prior to your upcoming policy renewal in order to have coverage from Farmers® in the future. Please keep an eye out for an important notice from Farmers that will arrive in your mailbox approximately 90 days prior to your policy renewal date. If you currently use payroll deduction, you will remain on payroll deduction until you elect the new coverage offering or cancel coverage. Please note that the new offering will not provide payroll deduction for an estimated 18-24 months after the transition.

There are services for which an attorney can NOT provide legal services under this plan. All you pay is a bi-weekly premium; no copays or deductibles. $18.00 a month for the standard plan that covers you, your spouse, and dependents. $24.00 a month for a plan that covers you, your spouse, dependents, and parents and/or parents-in-law (i.e. MetLaw Plus Parents).
