Highlights for 2025

Here are some programs and features that are new this year.

Prescription drug

  • The pharmacy manager is RxBenefits in partnership with CVS Caremark. For questions, call RxBenefits at (800) 334-8134 or email CustomerCare@rxbenefits.com. 
  • For those prescribed weight loss medications: (example: anti-obesity GLP-1 drugs), members must have an initial body mass index (BMI) of 35 or greater and weight loss medications must be prescribed by a Nuvance Health Metabolic Weight-Loss Center Physician or through a Vida Provider for the GLP-1 drugs to be covered under the plan. This does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

Vida Health helps you manage your chronic condition

Vida Health includes help with weight management. 


Offered to employees and their spouses living with diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, Vida Health helps you to prevent, manage, and improve your outcomes. To be eligible, you must enroll in a Nuvance Health medical plan and have a diagnosis or self-attest to having pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, or obesity.

Nuvance Health-GoHealth Urgent Care

We've expanded our urgent care offerings in New York’s Hudson Valley and Fairfield County, CT. 

Find telehealth or in-person care for immediate treatment of injuries or illnesses that are not life-threatening. Make an appointment online or walk into one of the many locations.

  • Consumer Plan members: 100% coverage after meeting the annual deductible.

Vision plan: VSP EasyOptions

With VSP EasyOptions, you and each member on your plan can choose one enhanced eyewear option when purchasing glasses or contacts: an additional $100 frame allowance, or fully covered premium or custom progressive lenses, or fully covered light-reactive lenses, or fully covered anti-glare coating, or an additional $100 contact lens allowance.
