New Hires

Now is the perfect time to ensure you have the benefits that best suit you and your family. For Store and Distribution Associates, benefits selected during the new hire enrollment period will take effect on the first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment. For Corporate Associates, benefits chosen during the new hire enrollment period will become effective on the first day of the month after 30 days of continuous employment. Outside of the initial enrollment as a new hire, Associates can make changes to their plans following a qualified life event or during the Annual Enrollment period.
