SRA Annual Enrollment will be held November 4 – 15
Do not miss your opportunity to elect or waive benefits coverage for the upcoming plan year. All benefits you elect will be in effect from January 1 to December 31, 2025.
Remember, Annual Enrollment is your only opportunity to elect benefits for next year, unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event such as marriage, spouse job change, or the birth or adoption of a child.
Your Annual Enrollment window will end at 9:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 15, 2025.
2025 Annual Enrollment Instructions
Benefit Eligibility
You and your dependents are eligible for coverage under various plans in the SRA benefits program.
Employees
As a full-time employee, you are eligible to elect benefits coverage.
Dependents
As a benefits-eligible employee, you may enroll your eligible dependents, including:
- Your legal spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite sex)
- Your child(ren) up to the end of the month in which they reach age 26
- Your stepchild(ren) or child(ren) of your partner
You May NOT Enroll
- Your spouse from whom you are legally separated or divorced—or the child(ren) of that spouse (i.e., stepchild(ren) or child(ren) of your spouse) —unless otherwise required by court order
- Your child(ren) age 26 or older
- Your parents
Please be sure to only enroll eligible dependents to keep SRA benefits affordable for everyone.
