Your Dental Plan Choices

You can choose from two dental insurance plans through Cigna. In-network preventive care is FREE in both plans (with no deductible). This includes the full cost of in-network cleanings and oral exams once every six months.

So, what’s the difference?

Besides the plans’ deductibles and premiums, the main difference is that Dental PPO Value does not cover orthodontia. Dental PPO Premier only covers orthodontia services after you have been enrolled for 12 months. Please verify coverage with Cigna before obtaining orthodontia services.

Your Vision Plan

Amedisys provides you with the opportunity to enroll in vision coverage through VSP. Benefits include covered annual eye exams, affordable options for prescription glasses or contacts, and even discounts for laser vision correction.

Find an in-network provider to save money

Visit vsp.com or call 800-877-7195. For your convenience, an ID card is not needed to access this plan. Simply identify yourself as a VSP member to your participating provider to access benefits.
