OPEN ENROLLMENT
Complete Open Enrollment no later than 7pm CDT on November 15th for benefits effective January 1, 2025.

NEW HIRE ENROLLMENT
Complete your new hire enrollment by the 20th day of the month after your hire date to make your 2024 benefits elections. After that, you will need to complete a second enrollment to choose your benefits for 2025.

Life Event Change
Certain life events may let you change your benefits at other times during the year—generally within 31 days of the event.
Life events include:
- Change in marital status;
- Birth, adoption or placement for adoption of a child
- Death of a dependent; and/or
- Change in your work status or your spouse’s work status that affects benefits eligibility.
