Wellness Rebate
Taking advantage of preventive care services can not only help you stay healthy and avoid more serious conditions later, but as a PDS Health team member it will also save you money on your 2026 PDS Health medical premiums. Team members enrolled in a PDS Health Anthem medical plan who complete an annual physical or wellness exam in 2025 will receive a rebate toward 2026 medical premiums.
