PDS Health is proud to offer Anthem-enrolled team members an all-in-one program that can help your family grow strong whether you’re making a decision around family planning, trying to conceive, expecting a child, going through adoption or surrogacy, or in the thick of raising young children.

Building Healthy Families offers personalized, digital support at every stage through the Anthem Sydney Health mobile app or on anthem.com/ca at no extra cost to you. This convenient hub offers an extensive collection of tools and information to help you navigate your family’s unique journey.

Key Features of the Building Healthy Families Program Include:

  • Individualized maternity-related expert support: Prenatal and postnatal support from maternity nurses and family care coaches through phone, chat and email.
  • Tools to stay organized: Personalized care profiles and trackers for ovulation, blood pressure, due date, newborn feedings, diaper changes, growth, immunizations and developmental milestones.
  • On-demand health and wellness tips: Access to a library of educational articles and videos from family planning to parenting tips.
  • Program completion gift: Anthem-enrolled, expecting mothers who sign up during their first trimester will receive a $500 Amazon gift card and Smile Generation onesie. Team members who enroll during their second trimester will receive a $250 Amazon gift card and Smile Generation onesie. Completion of the post-partum assessment is required.

Enroll today by:

  1. Visiting anthem.com/ca or logging in to the your Sydney Health app.
  2. Find Featured Programs at the bottom of the homepage.
  3. Select View All and then choose the Building Healthy Families tile.
