Accident Insurance

Accident Insurance is designed to help covered participants meet the out-of-pocket expenses and extra bills that can follow an accidental injury, whether minor or catastrophic. Indemnity lump sum benefits are paid directly to the participant based on the amount of coverage listed in the schedule of benefits. The accident base plan is guaranteed issue, so no health questions are required.

Examples of Covered Treatments & Services Include:

  • Burns
  • Broken Bones
  • Lacerations (stitches)
  • Emergency Dental Work

  • Portability – you own the policy so you can keep it even if you leave the company or retire

Regular full-time team members can enroll in the Accident plan within 30 days from their date of hire and during an annual enrollment period.

Note: Team member must be covered to purchase spouse and/or child(ren) coverage.
