Commuter Benefit
PDS Health offers a tax-advantaged commuter benefit account through HealthEquity. Team members can make pre-tax payroll deductions towards a transit and/or parking spending account. Team members can use their spending account to pay for qualified mass transit (e.g., subway, bus, ferry, etc.) or parking expenses incurred for their daily commute. Toll roads are excluded.

- Available to regular full-time team members
- Pay with tax-free dollars for transportation (up to $315 per month) and parking (up to another $315 per month).
- Your contributions are deducted from your paycheck before taxes.
- You can enroll, pause or cancel contributions to the account at any time. Changes made before the 10th of the month will be effective the following month.
