With the HDHP plan PDS Health and its offices contributes to your Health Savings Account (HSA).
The HPN EPO plan is paired with a Hospital Indemnity plan.
These options were designed to provide choices for team members and balance how much you pay at the time of care, how much you pay every paycheck, and where you can seek care.
All our plans include 100% coverage for in-network preventive care services such as screenings, immunizations and annual preventive exam.

Sydney is Anthem’s mobile app that gives you a single hub to keep track of your health and benefits. You can quickly view health plan info, find care, check costs, track fitness activity and even explore health topics and wellness programs that spark your interest.
You can log in with your anthem.com login and password. You can sync it with Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Health, iHealth, Misfit and Nokia/Withings. Once you sync your tracker, your activities will update automatically throughout each day.
