Our Vision Plan, with VSP, provides regular full-time team members and their covered dependents a cost-effective, comprehensive vision plan that includes yearly examinations and materials with minimal copays.
*When you choose contacts instead of glasses, your $130 allowance applies towards the cost of your contacts. Additional material costs may apply and the filing and evaluation exam are in addition to the vision exam. Through the VSP Member Contact Lens Program, you are provided with 15% off the cost of contact lens exam (fitting and evaluation), along with exclusive pricing on annual supplies of popular brands.
